I enjoyed this shoot. The columns are real
but not free standing as they appear here. They come from the
front of one of the fine Nash Buildings down at the bottom of
Regent Street near the Mall. There were two on each side of the
building. I photographed the left two twice, moving the camera
so that in one shot the left pillar is central and in the second
shot the right one is central. The two shots were then merged
to create three pillars and the top triangle, from a completely
different building in Whitehall, was perched on top. The text
is done in Imaginator by manipulating text masks. |
